DELIVERY
personalized Jewelry:
Please allow 3 weeks of delivery from Israel or 7 working days if shipped with EMS( Global Express Mail Service). This includes the time taken for our craftsmen to create your personalized jewelry.
Non Personalized items:
Airmail shipping: - Please consider 10-15 days.
EMS shipping: - Please consider 3-5 days.
We usually keep all Non personalized items in stock. In that case your item will be shipped in 2-3 days. However the company keeps the right to inform you within 48 hours If the item you have ordered is out of stock. In such case - you will be contact by one of our representative to let you know when this item will be back in stock and to ask you whether you would like to wait and buy the product.
Please note: We keep Jewish holidays and Shabbat, Hence we do not ship on Saturdays or Jewish Holidays.

SHIPMENT
All jewelry is sent registered and insured, via air mail delivery, directly from Jerusalem to you - duty free. Shipping costs are:
